For years, our team at Everest had been working with Veeva CRM to help our clients improve their systems. In 2021, Everest decided to take the next step and become a certified Veeva Partner. Our team signed up for Veeva’s certification training and spent a week with their experts learning even more about the platform. After a fantastic week of training, the entire team passed the exam with flying colors, becoming certified Administrators!

 

Since then, our partnership with Veeva has been incredibly fruitful. Everest Customer Solutions has expertise in the rare disease and specialty pharma space. Veeva’s tools are designed for the life sciences industry broadly, and the out-of-the-box solution isn’t always tailored to the needs of our rare disease customers. We’ve completed numerous projects for our rare disease and specialty pharma customers in 2021 and 2022 using Veeva systems.

 

These projects have included the following:

 

  • At a specialty pharmaceuticals customer, we completed a project related to patient-finding alerts and suggestions. The project involved implementing third-party claims data and lab data patient-finding alerts that are distributed through Veeva Suggestions. Business and suppression rules are built in, and reporting and analytic capabilities were implemented to provide visibility into the data.

 

  • For one rare disease customer, we completed a project involving physician opt-out synchronization. We created an automated process to synchronize HCP opt-outs across Veeva CRM and Act-On Marketing CRM, including custom business rules defined by the compliance team.

 

  • Working with another specialty pharmaceuticals customer, we actively administer their Veeva CRM environment. This ongoing project involves standard Veeva CRM administration, including administration of users, territories and alignment, and accounts. In addition, we provide Veeva CRM process monitoring, Level 1 troubleshooting, Level 2 user support, and periodic ad-hoc Veeva CRM data inquiries.

 

 

As a result of our successful client projects and partnership, Everest completed the recertification process in 2022 and will continue our Veeva Partnership through 2023! We are excited for the new projects and opportunities that will come as we continue to provide solutions using Veeva Systems. Our team at Everest is constantly learning and finding new ways to support our clients in the Life Sciences Industry.
